The 5.3 Patch Notes below are from the version updated May 21.
An in-game support browser has been added to assist players with issues.Players can collect new battle pets for, as well as complete PvP Pet Battles for new prizes!.Heirloom shields have been added, and the cost to purchase second-tier heirlooms has been reduced by 60%.In addition, item upgrades will not be on Season 13 PvP gear. Item upgrades are returning, but at a lower cost than Patch 5.1.Defeating many of these new bosses awards special vanity items, like distinctive shirts. Two new ranks and 20 new bosses are coming to the Brawler's Guild.Players who have acquired 200 mounts can get a special achievement and dragonhawk mount.The legendary questline continues with challenging solo content against the Pandaren Celestials, with an ilvl 600 cloak as a reward.Completing all related achievements awards the Gorgeous title. There's a new arena and battleground, Deepwind Gorge.There are some massive PvP changes, including resilience being removed from most gear and all gear scaling down to ilvl 496 in battlegrounds and arenas.There are four new scenarios, as well as six scenarios available on heroic difficulty that award a high amount of.Battlefield Barrens is a new world event in which Alliance and Horde players unite to undermine Garrosh and kill his Kor'kron guards for unique vanity items, after completing a lengthy questline and several scenarios.Players get more control over loot rewards with a "Loot Specialization" menu option for bonus rolls, quests, Raid Finder, and Heroic Scenario loot.Experience from 85-90 has been reduced by 33%.We've got summaries of all the new content below, as well as links to blue posts and Wowhead's comprehensive PTR coverage.
